UX Designer
We are looking for a creative and analytical UX Designer to join our design team. You will be responsible for creating user-centered designs for our products, from concept to execution. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to create a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Gross annual compensation range: €60,000–€70,000 (depending on experience, with guaranteed annual salary reviews)

About You
You are a passionate and experienced UX designer with a strong portfolio of user-centered designs. You are a creative problem-solver who is always looking for ways to improve the user experience. You are a strong communicator and collaborator who is able to work effectively in a team.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 3+ years of experience as a UX designer
- A strong portfolio of user-centered designs
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- A strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Create user-centered designs for our products, from concept to execution
- Work closely with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to create a seamless and intuitive user experience
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform your designs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Advocate for the user and ensure that their needs are met
- Contribute to our design system and help to maintain design consistency across our products
