Backend Developer
We are seeking a talented Backend Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for the server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
Gross annual compensation range: $110,000–$140,000 (depending on experience, with guaranteed annual salary reviews)

About You
You are a proficient backend developer with a strong understanding of server-side technologies and a commitment to writing clean, efficient code. You enjoy solving complex problems and building scalable, reliable systems.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 4+ years of experience with backend development in languages like Python, Go, or Node.js
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Knowledge of API design and development (REST, GraphQL)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and secure server-side applications and APIs
- Build and maintain data storage solutions
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability
- Implement security and data protection measures
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
